Any event (other than student organization or curricular) scheduled by a campus office as a University related function including curricular events open to the public. Other examples include department meetings, staff meetings, Field Day, Dog Days, Open Houses, picnics, tours, etc.
If you are reserving for an outside group such as family, church, club, etc. you must use the Non-Campus Users Form.

Use this form ONLY if this is your INITIAL request for space or services for an Administrative or Academic sponsored event.

If you require changes to an existing reservation, please complete an Event Reservation Change or Cancellations form.

Your request is not confirmed until you have received confirmation from the scheduler. This is only a request.

We will try to assign you a room that has been fitted with the equipment you need; however, checkout equipment may be necessary. Equipment must be ordered 48 hours in advance. A lead-time of 5 business days is required for personnel, such as projectionist or technician.
